“Very beautiful entrance hall, high ceilings, lots of coworking areas, playing zones, lounge areas, good pool and gym, Apartments are quite small, I would say too small. A walking distance from Dubai Hills Mall, which makes it super convenient. Also Dubai Hills Park is just 5 minutes walk.”

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“The building is great! But the security system is terrible, the guards do not make concessions, we flew to Dubai for a very long time, we are tired, we want to move in, but they don't let us in because the agent (apartments) did not come, although we have all the documents, passes in our hands, but we are not released until the agent arrives and we had to sleep at the reception and wait for the agent, it's terrible. The mood and impression are ruined.”

“The standout feature of Collective 2.0 is its massive, open-plan social ground floor. Unlike standard lobbies, this space is designed as a collaborative ecosystem where residents can connect, work, relax, and socialize in a vibrant community-focused environment.”

“I recently had the pleasure of experiencing life at Emaar Collective, and I must say, it’s an incredible place to live in.
The facilities are super good, including multiple swimming pools and a fully equipped gym. One of the standout features is the spacious and beautifully designed lobby. Whether you're looking to relax in the theater, enjoy a quiet moment in the reading area, or hold a meeting, the lobby provides versatile spaces for every occasion.
The residence itself is thoughtfully designed not overwhelming like large tower complexes where you can feel lost. Instead, it offers easy access in and out, along with ample and spacious parking, which is a huge plus for me. The presence of convenient stores adds a touch of convenience.”

“Pros: Lovely building, great location, nice amenities (gym a bit small) - plenty of green space, easy access.
Cons: Managed by a security company that thinks residents are inmates in a maximum security prison, shared working spaces full of children playing. Marketed and sold as a pet friendly community, dog owners frequently discriminated against.”

“It’s like living in a kindergarten. In the lobby kids are screaming, running, playing football (I am not joking), rollerblading. It’s like you are on the playground. Many of us, residents, have chosen this building because we are working remotely and there is plenty of space to work, chargers installed everywhere, comfortable chairs, but all of this can not be used because while you are trying to concentrate on your work kids are screaming, running, playing music loudly. Security obviously can not do anything, all of us have reported this. And it’s the same kids every day. Avoid this building, for this kind of money, you have plenty of alternatives.”

“"co working" areas are not good for working. No wifi and noisy.”
