From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“1. Overall, a decent and nice flat, but below the quality I’ve been used to with Emaar in other locations. 2. The gym is quite small; you can’t do many basic exercises. I had to request access to another gym's flat to be able to have an average good exercise. 3. There’s a sewage smell in the apartment from the canalisation, from time to time. 4. The multi-purpose room is not easily accessible.”
