“Recently got road view 1bedroom flat, we don’t hear loud music noise from festival city night club. Excellent facilities, very quiet and panoramic view of the creek from pool area. So far we haven’t heard any alarm sound at night. Nobody flooded us from top😁 thanks to God. Life is beautiful here👍”

“Amazing place, nice pool. One of the best security and reception crew…. BUT there is a literary talabat parking next to the main entrance.. the drivers just waiting for next order it’s a delivery station and the worst that they are throwing garbage just next to that place..”

“This building is a complete mess. In just a few months, we’ve had two water leaks in our home. On top of that, the fire alarm randomly goes off in the middle of the night (usually between 2 and 5 AM), traumatizing our kids and ruining everyone’s sleep. It’s gotten to the point where bedtime is filled with anxiety because we never know when it’ll happen again!”

“It's a great place to stay.. we really liked the amenities section specifically as when you are bored just go and spend quality time near the pool or so.. it's so relaxing”

“The location is the perfect for family, quiet such a big community, you can walk you can eat. You can do whatever you want, peaceful and super clean. Emaar is the best?”
