“Recently got road view 1bedroom flat, we don’t hear loud music noise from festival city night club. Excellent facilities, very quiet and panoramic view of the creek from pool area. So far we haven’t heard any alarm sound at night. Nobody flooded us from top😁 thanks to God. Life is beautiful here👍”

“Initially there were a few teething issues with the fire alarms, but these have now been resolved. The highlight for me is the gym and the swimming pool overlooking the Creek. While the apartments are a little smaller than those in the earlier Creek developments, the stunning views and excellent amenities more than make up for it. The only building facilities I miss compared with the earlier Creek developments are the sauna and steam room. Another major advantage is the Creek promenade, with its fantastic restaurants, cafés and children’s playgrounds. Overall, a wonderful place to live.”

“The location is the perfect for family, quiet such a big community, you can walk you can eat. You can do whatever you want, peaceful and super clean. Emaar is the best?”

“I was here with my girlfriend via AirBNB and absolutely disappointed by the general noise level in the building. Noise everywhere from fast cars or nightclubs in the surrounding area. The elevator doors are always open and let everyone through. That shouldn't be the case, should it? Next time I'll book in Dubai Marina again!”

“Amazing place, nice pool. One of the best security and reception crew…. BUT there is a literary talabat parking next to the main entrance.. the drivers just waiting for next order it’s a delivery station and the worst that they are throwing garbage just next to that place..”

“This building is a complete mess. In just a few months, we’ve had two water leaks in our home. On top of that, the fire alarm randomly goes off in the middle of the night (usually between 2 and 5 AM), traumatizing our kids and ruining everyone’s sleep. It’s gotten to the point where bedtime is filled with anxiety because we never know when it’ll happen again!”
