“Emaar really decided to cheapen their developments. Bathrooms have tiles only in shower areas, walls are gypsum walls with 0 acoustic insulation, kitchens dont have built in equipment and are so badly designed you dont have space for anything. No guest powder… really disappointing when you compare to some of previous Emaar buildings. Gas supply also breaks down all the time, garbage chute never works… all in all horrible for emaar.”
