“The community is pleasant, yet service standards fall short of reasonable expectations. Multiple problems have arisen; at present the doorbell and intercom have remained unrepaired for more than six days. Daily contact with the round-the-clock maintenance number produces only the reply “tomorrow.” Deyaar customer service instructed that a request be lodged on their website, after which an email stated that the customer portal must be used—contradicting earlier advice. No response has yet been received. This is merely one of a hundred earlier difficulties. Service levels should rise in proportion to the rent increases already applied. (Positives: Nice community. Negatives: Maintenance.)”
