What one reviewer said

“I have a client here its been my 2 years client but she move in this building, for the 2nd time I visit this building, early in the morning they break my mood, imagine they have a lot of chair in the reception but for me as a cleaner we are not allowed to sit, how cruel the management, I'm not sitting there whole day or making a mess, I didn't go directly to the reception due to there is some person also to be entertained, but the lady receptionist call me and she said "go directly to the apartment who book you its not allowed to sit in the reception" Its better you put a big card saying " cleaners are not allowed to sit" so that I'm aware”

From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.
