“Sports City offers a calm…”

“Sports City offers a calm and pleasant residential environment, yet despite the presence of dozens of family towers it contains no community parks. Building activity has continued for fifteen years and remains incomplete; unfinished plots and incomplete towers are visible on every side. Neighbouring developments such as Motor City, Remraam, JVC and IMPZ already provide the full range of amenities expected of a residential community. The master developer is strongly encouraged to remedy these deficiencies. (Positives: Calm place. Negatives: No community parks, unconstructed land & buildings.)”
