“Although the building is old, but it's very well maintained and super clean. Spacious beautiful offices and plenty of parking spaces, not to mention quiet and peaceful. The first 30 minutes of parking is free if you're visiting, and then there's a charge of AED 05 for every extra hour. There's Emarat supermarket here if you need to grab a quick breakfast or coffee.”

“It has A block and B block. Thought it's interconnected better to known in advance. A block is facing Sheikh Zayed road and B block is back side. There are lots of parking but was getting full post 9.30 am. Inside the building there is a store supplying drinks and other basic stuff which I didn't expect. There is also a central sitting place which gave a nice. Th vibe. Also centre place has open to sky providing natural light.”

“Perfect place for offices, enough / covered parking place on sheikh Zayed Road. Very well maintained & nice building near Dubai cannal, They have a cafe at the ground floor with great ambiance, travel agencies, Emarat minimart and other food options as”

“The Emarat Atrium Building stands out as an excellent office building in Dubai, combining convenience, accessibility, and modern amenities. With wheelchair entrances and robust security measures, it ensures a safe and inclusive environment for everyone. The ground floor hosts a delightful restaurant and a small supermarket, perfect for grabbing a meal or running quick errands. There is ample parking available, though it is paid parking. The building features four floors plus an underground level, all meticulously maintained to ensure a clean and pleasant atmosphere. With numerous lifts, including a service lift, and a non-rush environment, Emarat Atrium Building is a top choice for businesses looking for a professional and well-equipped office space. Highly recommended!”
