The highlight is the huge podium with lush landscaping and a wide range of amenities: a massive reception/lobby, well-equipped gym, outdoor jogging track, swimming pool, table tennis, basketball, padel court, kids’ play area, pet zone, and zen garden. Around 16 retail shops (roughly 8 per building) add great convenience for residents. Unit types range from compact 1-bedroom to spacious 3-bedroom apartments and exclusive penthouses. “Really, it is the best building in the Al-Furjan area. There are children's playgrounds, sports fields, swimming pools. Apartments, wonderful spaces. The reception is better than possible. It is a very huge and beautiful building. I advise everyone.”

“Absolutely horrible build quality, no one checked a single thing. Windows and balconies dirty. 1st floor area dirty and amenities missing. Parking area dirty. Not a single wall on the whole exterior of the building is straight”

“It's really at a prime location. The future of this building is very bright. Best part is the view from top floors are amazing and most 3bhk are having 3side views with spacious Living Room. Tower A has community view as well as front view. Very approachable to all major roads. All means of transport is available nearby even the Etihad rail station also within range. New DXB airport also near. Schools, parks, temple, church, mosque, everything approachable. Personally I like the location as well as the building. This is going to be hot cake soon.”

Overall, a strong option for end-users and investors looking for modern apartments in Al Furjan with robust community facilities The larger units at 1,161 sqft offer excellent space and layout, making them one of the best choices in the project. The higher floors and pool facing (such as the 7th floor and above) are particularly recommended — they provide beautiful pool views and more privacy. The apartment feels bright, airy, and very comfortable for family living. Road facing units are little noisy.”
