In addition to external garbage collection, residents dispose of garbage inside the building at night, including during early morning hours such as around 1:00 a.m., 4:00 a.m., and 5:00 a.m. The noise coming from the internal garbage rooms and disposal areas is extremely loud and sudden, and it regularly wakes me up at night.
Because of the open space in the middle of the building and the very thin walls, sound carries easily. I can clearly hear neighbor…”

“Great location with everything you need nearby. There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes within a short walking distance, making daily life very convenient. “I’m sharing my experience living in this building for more than three months, so others can make an informed decision.
In my experience, noise has been a major issue. Garbage collection and garbage disposal noise occurs very late at night. In addition to external garbage collection, residents dispose of garbage inside the building at night, including during early morning hours such as around 1:00 a.m., 4:00 a.m., and 5:00 a.m. The noise coming from the internal garbage rooms and disposal areas is extremely loud and sudden, and it regularly wakes me up at night.
Because of the open space in the middle of the building and the very thin walls, sound carries easily. I can clearly hear neighbors, dogs barking, children screaming, and general activity throughout the building, which makes resting or sleeping difficult.
There have also been multiple instances where the fire alarm went off randomly during the night. A video is attached for reference.
I have raised these concerns several times with building management and requested solutions. For example, I asked whether a simple notice could be placed asking residents not to dispose of garbage between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. However, in my experience, these requests were ignored and emails often remained unanswered.
As a result, I currently have to sleep every night with earplugs in order to rest.
Security staff are present, but communication can be challenging at times, as not all staff speak English fluently, which makes reporting issues difficult.
In addition, shared facilities have not always been accessible. On one occasion, I wanted to use the multipurpose room and found that someone was sleeping there (see picture). On another occasion, I attempted to use the yoga room, but a private “shamanic” ceremony was taking place and I was not allowed to enter, despite living in the building and there being no booking system or reservation requirement in place.
It’s especially disappointing to experience this in a new building, as I expected better organization, sound management, and responsiveness. Unfortunately, it feels like these ongoing issues are not being taken seriously.
Overall, the ongoing noise, late-night disturbances, limited access to shared facilities, and lack of response to repeated complaints have significantly affected my quality of life in this building.”

“Cant believe the quality of the building and price compared to other cities I’ve lived in. Really great building and amazing amenities for this price point. location is ideal for getting around. Not sure if every new building is as good as this here in Dubai but I’m very happy!!”

The management team is extremely professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents. Everything is always clean, organized, and well-maintained. Any request gets handled quickly and with a great attitude. The building itself is beautiful, secure, and very well-managed.
