“First, the maintenance team charges excessive fees…”

“Residence in Fortunato 1 has continued since 2019; departure was prevented by the national lockdown that year, otherwise a superior and less expensive location would have been chosen. Recommendation is withheld for two principal reasons. First, the maintenance team charges excessive fees: replacement of an air-conditioning component that costs 250 AED was priced at 700 AED—nearly 450 AED for a fifteen-minute task. Second, pest control is ineffective; cockroaches appear throughout the corridors. Careful inspection is urged before any commitment to this unsatisfactory community. (Positives: Near from my work place. Negatives: Maintenance.)”
