Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. “I had a pleasant stay at Gardenia Residence. The apartment was neat, comfortable, and located in a calm area. Although there were some issues with the AC and the pool was closed for a week during my stay, the pool itself is spacious with a beautiful view. The property also has a sauna and gym, which were nice additions. The staff were very welcoming, especially the receptionist Ash, and our agent was extremely helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a good experience, and I’d love to come back again.”

“The building is very clean and well maintained, with facilities serviced regularly. The reception area is welcoming, and the gym has good equipment, is always clean, and offers a nice view. The environment is quiet, and there’s a lovely small park behind the building with tennis and basketball courts. The only downside is parking — if you don’t have an assigned space, you’ll need to pay for street parking.”
