“While the building may look very attractive from outside with its modern amenities but the construction material is very very poor..You can practically hear the entire conversation from outside our door. The sound insulation is very very poor and the biggest problem is flies and mosquitoes in the community.. The building is poorly managed where you will be bugged with flies and mosquitoes every single day due to dirty stagnant water for which the management or Danube owners are not taking any steps despite several complaints. The multiple rooms apartment have single unit of chiller due to which bills are high and also we can’t keep different temperatures in different parts of the house.. The switch for light of one room is provided in another which is completely senseless. There are multiple such issues and nobody is there to hear us out.. We are only heard when we are giving positive reviews about the building that helps with promotion of other projects.”

“Seriously, the building was looking fine before we moved in. But this is SERIOUSLY TERRIBLE building. It is 1 year old and they do maintenance EVERY WEEK. Something breaks here, something breaks there. They smash floors, walls, parking, doors, fix leaking - they fix EVERYTHING creating A HUGE amount of noise. The quality of this building is extremely low, it is 1 year old and it is already falling apart. You can hear EVERYTHING from your door, the soundproofing is TERRIBLE. The kids are running like crazy every time, I feel like parents in this building do not have time to teach them manners. Overall, really bad experience, do not move here. Oh yes, and the construction outside of the building is NEVER ENDING. It will take few years to finish the work - really frustrating”

“The entrance to the building has bee. Under construction since I moved in and it has been several months. It is a major hazard since there is less space and visibility is greatly reduced. I have seen many car crashes at this area. I almost got run over as I was walking because the driver couldn't see me. It's been months and no progress has been made and we just keep hoping for something to happen but it seems like that day will never come.”

“It's a high end property. I'm living here since August 2025. The biggest highlight is the security personnel. Very polite always looking to go the extra mile”

“Unfortunately, the management company of Gemz by Danube is failing to properly perform its duties. When we moved in, we specifically asked whether it was allowed to walk a dog on the building’s premises. We were clearly informed that it was allowed, and at that time there were no restrictions. However, later on, without any proper notice to residents, a sign was posted stating that walking dogs on the building’s territory is now prohibited. The rules are being changed unilaterally, without explanations and without considering the residents’ interests. Moreover, security staff constantly approach residents with remarks, often in an inappropriate and intrusive manner, and each guard seems to interpret the rules differently. This creates a feeling of pressure and ongoing discomfort for residents. The management company should be focused on maintaining order and ensuring residents’ comfort, not creating constant conflicts and stress. At this point, the overall level of building management leaves a very negative impression.”
