“Four years ago a studio apartment in Giovanni became my home”

“Four years ago a studio apartment in Giovanni became my home. Space is unusually generous for a studio, the design is attractive and the outlook over the golf course is pleasing. Pricing compares favourably with alternatives. Strengths include contemporary styling, generous room sizes, agreeable neighbours, a community still on the rise, walking access to McDonald’s, Starbucks, Costa and Grandiose, highly responsive upkeep teams, courteous security, competitive rents relative to similar towers, striking sunset vistas on the golf-course side, separate gyms for men and women, and a quiet setting. Weaknesses: cockroaches reappear every few months even on the fourteenth floor, units without dedicated parking force reliance on vacant lots or RTA street parking at two dirhams per hour, journeys toward Marina encounter heavy traffic, nearby schools generate congestion at drop-off and collection times, and major sporting events produce severe gridlock. (Positives: Stylish and spacious. Negatives: Pests, paid parking.)”
