“I have had a very pleasant experience living at Glamz by Danube in Al Furjan. The building is well-maintained, clean, and offers excellent facilities including a gym, swimming pool, sports courts, and ample parking. The management and maintenance teams are responsive and helpful whenever assistance is needed. One of the biggest advantages is its convenient location, with easy access to major roads and a metro station within walking distance, making daily commuting very convenient. The community is peaceful, family-friendly, and surrounded by supermarkets, restaurants, and other essential services.”

“Staying here in tower 1 for more than 1 year. Earlier I stayed in tower 2 for a year. Overall living experience is great here in tower 1. In tower 2, I had seen seepage issues though. Regarding the building management, Armaan facilities are managing the amenities, they are very responsive and take prompt action. Earlier chiller connection move-in move-out was not smooth because of the provider (ISTA). Now that they have moved it to 'Smart Collection', I believe it would be a better experience. I would recommend the building considering that it is near to metro and management is good.”

“Building maintenance has improved a lot, the technicians are very supportive. Lot of shops for daily needs below building. Metro visible from balcony. Value for money and fully premium furnished building loaded with amenities.”

“The only advantage of the building is its location - next to metro. The rest is very bad! This building is full of cockroaches. Issues with AC during hot summer. My apartment smells horrible because of neighbours cooking every day! No aroma candles can help it. Amenities are poor. Don’t recommend this building.”

“Nice furnished apartments to live, good amenities and close to the Metro. only downside is currently alot of construction around therefore loads of extra dust. avoid the 1st floor apartments if possible as the pool and gym is on this floor and is very busy.”

“It has been three weeks since I moved in, and I have been trying to reach out to various people including the security staff and maintenance personnel regarding an unresolved issue. I have also sent an email , but unfortunately, I have not received any response or update so far. This lack of response is quite disappointing, especially considering the reputation of your esteemed group.”
