“Position is strong, with numerous parks…”

“The structure, its administrators and staff all impress. Floor plans are well proportioned and generous relative to the number of rooms. Position is strong, with numerous parks and dining options nearby and favourable traffic access. The principal bedroom could usefully be larger, yet the unit and building as a whole remain outstanding. (Positives: Old layout with large rooms and nice sized balcony. Negatives: Master bedroom could be bigger.)”
