“We had a bad experience during our stay. There was bad odur smell from the rubbish in the corridor. Eventually that led to smoke and fire in a midnight and the whole building got evacuated after midnight while everyone was asleep and panicked. In the end the fire department said there was fire in the rubbish due to flammable paints disposed, after the maintenance. Maintenance was slow. The exhaust fan wasn't working since we moved in and they never fixed it until we left even though I kept requesting every week. The AC kept breaking quite frequently every couple of months too. They work with the agency called Eagle real estate, which again is another bad experience. They lied to building ma…”

“We had a bad experience during our stay. There was bad odur smell from the rubbish in the corridor. Eventually that led to smoke and fire in a midnight and the whole building got evacuated after midnight while everyone was asleep and panicked. In the end the fire department said there was fire in the rubbish due to flammable paints disposed, after the maintenance. Maintenance was slow. The exhaust fan wasn't working since we moved in and they never fixed it until we left even though I kept requesting every week. The AC kept breaking quite frequently every couple of months too. They work with the agency called Eagle real estate, which again is another bad experience. They lied to building management about the occupancy of bachelors and in the end it was us who got our AC cut off during last days of our contract forcing us to move out or agree to an almost 180% illegal increase in the rent price. The swimming pool was closed during our one year stay, so consider it doesn't have any pool.”

“Worst experience ever at Hassani 18, no one cares about maintenance For changing washroom light they took 5 days, and if your Aircon is out the wait is 2 months and temperature in Dubai as everyone knows the room will be like a furnace. A minimum of 6 emails from my side every time they issue a reference number which is a blunder. A mobile number was attached as of ac coordinator who was not answering calls for straight 4 days..... not worth even a free stay...”

“The maintenance team of the building is very inconsistent. Most of the time they are not available for help. The swimming pool of the building has been closed for more than 1 year now and upon checking they will say it will not open.”
