“A nightmare maintenance at Hassani 20, we paid for everything light bulb, flush tank button, Shat off and yet they take minimum 1 week to maximum 1 month to perform service.”

“Very bad management. For two weeks I've been sending emails and they won't send the pest control team because the apartment is full of cockroaches and there's no attention at all and nobody responds to me! My husband and I got stuck in the elevator twice, it goes slowly and there's lack of attention, and the parking—anyone parks in your spot!! There's no cleanliness and a bad smell in the hallways, and when I want to spray for insects they say it's prohibited because of the alarm system. But now they're increasing the rent every year. If there was a zero rating, I would have given it.”

“It's our 4th month in this building and I must admit that the management actually improved alot. Yes there are couple of areas where further improvement can be done but overall the living standard is OK. I've gone through some really harsh reviews for Hassani 20 but I genuinely think that it's because most of the tenants are now aware of the proper channel incase they've any maintenance related complain. Usually everyone is registering the complain to security guy and expecting a swift action. However, there is a formal email channel to register your complains and management ensures that your issue get resolved within a reasonable time varies from nature of work. Imperative to state that Hassani buildings offer the most spacious flats in most economic prices.”

“RUN RUN RUN !!!! Worst building ever! Disgusting smell all Around the house.garbage are all spread.corridors are like a storage. U have to use daily ten box of air freshener but still i can smell the disgusting smell! No respect from tenants or maintenance company ! Just Run away before its too late !”

“Horrible place to live , there is constant disturbance from kids playing in hallways and outside areas and management couldn’t care less they take zero action, very dirty building with trash thrown on the floor and full of insects , Don’t punish yourself and come here.”
