“The elevators rank among the most frustrating ever encountered—extremely slow and of poor construction. Floor plan of the unit was pleasant, the kitchen was large and natural light was abundant. Cooling performance was occasionally inadequate and the landlord offered no assistance. Building amenities are limited. Gym and pool facilities are acceptable for residents who are not especially demanding. Access during cricket-match periods is difficult because the adjacent stadium was poorly planned for large crowds. (Positives: Layout. Negatives: Elevator, AC in hallway, gym.)”
