“This is my second review, and unfortunately the same issues keep happening. After my previous review, management contacted me multiple times using different people from the management team, promised to improve things, and asked me to remove my review. However, the problems never truly got resolved. The pest control company already confirmed that the insect issue is likely caused by the plants outside, where bugs come onto the balcony and then enter the apartment. Despite multiple pest control sessions, the issue still continues. Today was the final straw. Since 9 AM, both my balcony lock and main door lock have been broken. I informed security and management immediately in the morning, but until now they still have not fixed it. A simple lock replacement has taken the entire day, leaving my apartment unable to lock while I still had to leave for work. This is a serious security issue and completely unacceptable. I live on the first floor, directly next to the elevator, with one side connected to the pool entrance and the other side connected to the children’s playground entrance. There are constantly workers walking back and forth from early morning. Previously, management already agreed that workers would only access this floor after 10 AM to reduce disturbance to residents. However, after changing the security team, the same issue started happening again. When I reminded them about the agreement, they questioned me instead of respecting the arrangement, and the next day workers were again walking around loudly from 7–8 AM without any consideration for residents. It honestly feels like residents are expected to adapt to management’s problems instead of management doing their job properly. We pay a premium to live here, yet we constantly have to chase management for basic maintenance, security, and peace. Very disappointing management and definitely not worth the price at all.”

“This is my second time to make the review, last time management fixed the issues and asked me to remove it. But after that when I have issues they still act the same way as before not try to fix the issues. Last time I discovered lots of mites in my studio, and done literally 3 times pest control, now started to have even bed bugs etc in my bed and around sofa…. Also I live at 1 floor which is has pool and kid play grounds, I already mentioned many times to the management said is really loud like the workers keep walking around since 7 am and talking, opening both of the doors, and is really really loud……. even I wear ear plug I can still hear everything, the door and windows do nothing. They even asked me to be understanding they are doing work, so does that mean the people live at the floor that had public access need toeralte all the noises? They work whole day, they could have do something else first and work at these maybe afternoon, very disappointing management, and definitely not recommended this development and this building also, is just not worth it at all..”
