“I had a very pleasant experience living at Iliyaa 5 Building. The apartment was well maintained, clean and comfortable, making it feel like home from the very beginning. One of the things I appreciated the most was the professionalism and responsiveness of the management team. Whenever assistance was needed, they were helpful, respectful and quick to address any concerns. The building is well managed, with clean common areas, gym and a safe, peaceful environment.”

“The most regretting thing in my life that I decided to move to this building , first of all there was a different offers are given to certain people depending on the seller’s mood i think because I saw some people get a free one-month offer while others didn’t, including me, Second the most uncomfortable place is the bedroom because my neighbor is literally living with me because of the material they used everything is heard, and of course when u ask something from the management team they just acknowledge with no action, i never recommend”

“Initially it was looking good. Staff are great and helpful but management needs a lot of work. The main selling point of this building which we were promised was a kid’s play area and a smart home system. None of the above was delivered and we are told we need to pay extra for the smart home system and the kids playing area will be changed to some other project. For a young family paying a big amount for rent is not worth it if comfort is not provided and false hope is given especially with summer coming in. Some things in the apartment were not properly done or damaged during finishing which were not fixed (6 months later). Very disappointed. May or may not renew contract”
