“Offices are good. But overall building is not good condition. Elevator can stop working anytime. I have used stairs 2 time to get down from 27th floor so you can imagine the frustration. Public washrooms are unhygienic and smelly. And the administration simply don’t give a ___* ✌🏻”

“Worst place. 6 lifts in building and most of them under maintainance. Have to wait too long to get an elevator. Worst parking management. Paid parking also gets engaged by un authorised cars entering the parking slots.”

“Building is okay. Not so new though, but visitors parking down there in jlt is nightmare. Also some construction going on at parking which makes v difficult to park.”

“This building lifts are not working very long waiting time hopeless service of concordia security They do not accommodate to any repairs in lift and common area, security staff is rude and does not help Do not buy any property as you might have to walk up till 32 floors also”

“On floors 33-35, office lights are constantly shining into my window from this building. Please turn off these spotlights (!) at night, it's unbearable!!!”
