“We lived at Iris Amber for 3yrs. Poorly done building. The exhaust is very bad, we smell the cooking of neighbor. The chiller keeps breaking in the middle of summer and they have their own in house chiller which is overpriced. We had leaking in our toilet for 3yrs! They just wrap it with black garbage bag and tape until it fills and leaks into the toilet again.”

“I am living in this property extremely in unhappiness. Very poor level of maintenance, cleaning and property management such as pest control, security and waste disposal. Also there are serious issues with chiller bills. Overall situation & perception of SOL is very bad.”

“It’s been 2years since I joined iris amber and I’d honestly give a thumbs up to the team there. Special thanks to you all. Ranging from a very clean community, supportive maintenance team that is always on ground, the supportive management , good facilities and a very quiet environment”
