“Going through the worst nightmare with the construction happening all around the building! They start working before 6am! They occasionally work after midnight. Labor campsites are right under the tenants balconies. Called Nakheel security uncountable times during the last year to stop them from working out of legal hours was not beneficial.”

“It’s a nice Apartement building, great maintenance and service, gym, and a roof pool. Has a pizzeria below, a mini market and a mall less than a kilometer away. Across the highway there’s a huge Carfour supermarket.”

“I saw a lot of bad reviews here. Still took a gamble and moved in. The security and maintenance here is very good- though build quality is not that great. Only irritants are false fire alarms late at night- happened twice last year- was solved in like 15 mins. On the whole experience is good. Staff are very good and cooperative. Completed two years here.”

“Very nice place, close to school and new mall. Very silent. Very good maintenance and staff. All 3 previous reviews are fake. You can check them.”
