“It's just incredible - how many days have we been waiting for sun loungers?! Dirty parking, awful smell. Anyone can enter and drive into the building - it's enough to just honk and security opens without looking! There are people in the pool and on the padel and badminton court who don't live here! If you want to be stressed every day - welcome to this building! Five stars only because otherwise the review won't be published!”

“How terrifying! You might find one or two or many cigarettes butt stayed on your balcony when you get up one morning, your upstair neighbors almost thrown them while you are sleeping, the severe thing is you found out that cigarette butt wasn't dropped after it was extinguished, but was thrown while it was still burning. Because the yellowish tar was almost all stuck to the balcony. Hopefully no damage or risk for this building when you had this experience, at least not one time you could see it on your balcony. Regards! Take care!”

“M tenant here in since past 18-20 months
Very poor management team.
My door is not locking up since past 7-10 days and I have complained for the same but no response, one concerned person giving number of others and so on but no actual action.
Before also I had bad experience with ac leakages, washroom cloggings, plumber work here and there, chimney not working.
Overall it’s very poor.
Just request to owner mr Rizwan to luk this matter with concerned.”

“Moving out is a nightmare!
I applied for an NOC for cooling from Ista, and they kept me waiting for 1.5 months, calling them every 2 days, but no one updated me. even, one day, someone called to ask about my experience, saying my case was closed — when in fact, it wasn’t.
After all this time, Ista finally told me my deposit is with Elite (building management) — with no explanation why. I started chasing Elite, and they delayed it even more, asking me to log out of their app and upload non existing documents. After weeks of back and forth, they finally said “okay, upload whatever you have” — which I did.
Then they told me it would take 2–3 weeks to refund. I waited again. After 20 days, they came back asking for documents that don’t even exist.
Now it’s been over 3 months, and I still haven’t received my refund.
Be very careful with the moving out process — it’s a huge headache!”

“I was a tenant in the building for one year ! 10th floor - flat 1031. My experience with the building had a lot of ups and downs.
BUT :
I have to edit the review because even though I had some issues with the mangement, I cannot say that they didnt do anything to fix my problems. They actually listened and helped. Yes, it was a surprise for me as well, dont get me wrong but they really did!
Mr.Kashi, Mrs Rupali : thanks again for all the support, I truly appreciated it and am very grateful. I will say it again here though I said it privately to Mrs Rupali : excuse my rude behavior and my lack of patience. When we want things to be done quickly and we dont get it, we tend to lose ourselves.
The security team : I have nothing but positive things to say! They were always helpful and very kind!
To all of you complaining, I know and you know that it can be messy sometimes, but make sure you are not talking BS cause I read some comments that are actually false... making fake narrative to get sympathy is a gross behavior by the way... Some saying that they never got their security deposit : humm well flash news ; you forgot to mention that you never actually submitted move out request so of course they will retain your deposit ya3ni.
Take the time to actually discuss with the mangement and BELIEVE ME if you did nothing wrong and you speak properly then all will be solved in no time.”
