“Disappointed by Declining Standards and Value at Jumanah Building I’ve lived here for some time. While the common areas are well-maintained thanks to Anil, the cleaner/security/everything staff, that is where the positives end. His dedication is commendable, but it masks the real issues. Maintenance standards have steadily declined. Appliances that were once covered, like the fridge, stove, and washing machine, are no longer replaced. Lease renewals were signed with the assumption that maintenance terms remained unchanged, but this was never communicated. Tenants were left unaware. The landlord and SBK management have been notified repeatedly but continue to ignore complaints. The most concerning aspect is the dishonesty. These changes were quietly implemented without transparency, leaving tenants misled. This lack of integrity deserves less than one star. With each passing year, the building offers less while costs increase. Value is not just slipping, it is being actively eroded. Clean floors cannot hide broken promises and equipment.”
