“Construction quality is uncertain…”

“Positive features: attractive building and location. Landscaped grounds include a pond surrounded by jogging and cycling paths. A large swimming pool, a good gym, sauna and steam room are provided. Negative features: internal space is very limited in almost every apartment, particularly studios (average total area approximately 375 square feet). Open-plan kitchens lack any working surface. Construction quality is uncertain; bathroom fittings required repair within the first year of occupation. (Positives: Good location, Easy access, City center. Negatives: Very less floor area, Almost no kitchen space.)”
