“The breakfasts were delicious and satisfying, giving us enough energy to enjoy the entire day. Such wonderful service and excellent food created a positive mood for us every morning and became one of the highlights of our stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so comfortable and memorable. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. We would also like to mention the excellent leisure and wellness facilities available at the hotel. The swimming pool was spacious, very clean, and perfectly maintained throughout our stay. Fresh towels were provided every day, and there was also a small jacuzzi where guests could relax after a busy day exploring Dubai. The hotel also offers a spa with a full range of services, as well as a well-equipped fitness center that we enjoyed using every day. The gym had all the necessary equipment and amenities, including modern machines, air conditioning, drinking water, and sanitizing wipes for guests’ convenience. There were separate changing rooms for men and women, along with a hammam and sauna that the staff were happy to prepare upon request. The pool and fitness staff were always polite, welcoming, and attentive, making sure that every guest felt comfortable and well taken care of. Their professionalism and friendly attitude added even more comfort to our stay and made our experience even more enjoyable.”

“I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The service was excellent from start to finish. Special thanks to Sheen at the reception for being welcoming, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay. I would also like to commend Namesh from the food service team for providing outstanding service, ensuring that every meal experience was pleasant and enjoyable. Their friendliness, attentiveness, and dedication to guest satisfaction made my stay even more memorable. Thank you both for your excellent hospitality. “Hospitality – 2.5/5 The staff did not leave a strong impression. Service felt somewhat unmotivated and lacked the warmth you would normally expect from a hospitality-focused hotel. Cleanliness – 3.5/5 Overall cleanliness was acceptable, but the rooms are quite dated. There were visible stains on curtains and some surfaces and furniture. Despite this, the room was fairly clean and usable. Location – 4/5 One of the hotel’s strong points is its location. It is conveniently situated near many good places, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Breakfast Buffet – 3.5/5 The breakfast buffet is reasonably good considering the low price of the hotel. There are both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options available. However, adding a proper coffee machine would definitely improve the experience. Overall Experience – 3.5/5 This is a mediocre but budget-friendly hotel. It’s important not to expect too much, but it can work well for short stays, especially if you are looking for a cheap option in a good location.”
