“Hello, I live in Lime Gardens and overall everything is fine. However, I have a concern regarding the elevator usage. There are three elevators in the building: two designated for residents and one designated for staff and service personnel. Despite this, delivery drivers and workers constantly use the residents' elevators. Why are residents expected to share elevators with delivery personnel and workers when a separate service elevator exists? Why do I often have to wait 20 minutes for an elevator because it is being used by non-residents? I do not believe that my wife and I should have to share the residents' elevators with workers and delivery staff on a regular basis. Could you please look into this issue and take the necessary measures to ensure that the service elevator is used as intended? Thank you for your attention to this matter.”

The location is ideal, with convenient access to Dubai Hills Mall, parks, schools, and major road networks. The building management and staff are professional, friendly, and responsive, ensuring a pleasant living experience. The peaceful atmosphere, high-quality facilities, and family-friendly environment make Lime Gardens an excellent place to live. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium residential community in Dubai.”
