“After living here for two years, I can confidently say the only real advantage of this building is the relatively spacious apartments compared to the tiny, poorly designed units in newer developments. Unfortunately, everything else falls far below expectations. There is no proper management on-site, which means basic issues become unnecessarily complicated. Access cards frequently stop working without warning, and instead of having support in the building, residents are forced to walk to another location just to resolve simple problems، making it frustratingly hard just to enter your own apartment. Facilities are extremely disappointing. The pool and gym are minimal, poorly maintained, and not usable for anyone expecting a decent standard. Additionally, the walls are very thin, leading to constant noise and a lack of privacy. The parking system is also very poor — there are no gate keys, so if you change your car, you can easily get stuck outside. Even guests can’t use your empty parking spot unless they are registered through an app that can take up to two days. The only reason I stayed was because I had a good landlord who handled any issues inside the apartment quickly, along with the large living space. Overall, if you are looking for comfort, quality, and proper service, this is NOT the place.”

“Im living here since 2018,i saw a lot of negative comments about Sheffield here ,I'll tell you the building is 10-11 years old but still on working condition, see any buildings in arjan with 3-4 years age of building nothing working there ,i was looking to buy in arjan and saw many buildings, so Sheffield is best i think, gym ,sauna, steam, pool with heated water in winter and cooled in summer, pretty enough for life And very important SIZES ARE BIG ,NO ANY BUILDINGS IN ARJAN HAVE IT studio 495 sqft, 1 bed average size 850 up to 1000 sqft Definitely recommend”

“Building and living is ok. But They have serious parking barrier and cameras problem. Even after repeated complaints, emails, follow ups, ZERO response. No management at all related to this issue. If you can wait for long time for barrier to open for entry and exit due to outdated cameras and operations, then you can think to live in this building.”

“Walls are very thin and laud parties are frequent. Most of the time something is not working, access cards, apartment card, AC, etc… Maintenance is slow, they have no sense of urgency and living in their own time zone! Rent is cheap but in the end costs more. Security is absent most of the time.”
