“I honestly regret moving into this building. We have been living here for four months, and the experience has been extremely disappointing, especially considering that the building is supposed to be new.
The construction quality and finishing are very poor. There are ongoing issues with humidity, water leakage, and general maintenance problems that should never exist in a newly built property. Despite raising concerns, the same issues keep repeating and seriously affect daily living comfort.
On top of that, there has been continuous construction work right next to the apartment since we moved in, with noise happening almost 24 hours a day. The constant drilling and building activity make it extremely difficult to rest or live normally, turning what should be a home into a very stressful environment.
The building promotes many facilities such as a library, billiard room, and other amenities, but unfortunately these feel more like a distraction from the underlying construction and quality issues rather than real added value.
A new building should provide comfort and proper living standards, not constant noise, maintenance problems, and ongoing stress. Sadly, this has been our reality for the past four months.”

“I read the reviews and decided to write one myself. I have been living in this building for over six months and I have never had any problems with construction noise or running children. Security is polite and I had a few issues, but they were all resolved within an hour. If you write to the email, they also respond very quickly. In general, you probably need to understand that this is a residential building. And children are not only in this building, but throughout Dubai in general, and this is a problem not of the building but of the parents of these children.”

“This apartments would be actually nice, if the parents would actually see what their kids are doing! I was hoping I could work in this beautiful lobby daily.
But the kids are running and screaming so loud I can hear through my headphones. There is not even a kids activities like in UNA, and still they run like crazy.
And security doesn’t do anything. Even though when I moved in, I was PROMISED that the lobby would be quite working space.
The kids run through halls as well, and since the doors have massive gaps in the floor, it’s so loud even in my appartment.
So no matter how many times I said it to security, nothing changes. This is a big issue, and complaint to NSHAMA did not helped. So I’m writing this as WARNING.
Avoid this and don’t move in. You’ll save your own sanity.”

“I’ve been living in this building for the past six months and honestly, it’s been rough. The kids here are absolute menaces. They’re constantly running around the lobby, screaming at all hours. One even stole my friend’s bag once and we literally had to chase him down to get it back. Parents or security really need to get this under control.
Sometimes in the middle of the night they run past my door screaming and I’ve woken up multiple times in a panic thinking something terrible happened, only to realize it’s just a child yelling for no reason.
On top of that, the biometric system never works. I’ve stood outside in the burning sun for five minutes just trying to get in. And don’t even get me started on the moving-in process. It was a nightmare, complicated, disorganized, and unnecessarily stressful.
Overall, living here has been far from peaceful. I really hope management steps up and fixes these issues soon.”

“The building is beautiful and I love living here, but the construction at night is insane. Who does construction at night?! I can’t get a proper night’s sleep because of the constant noise. Management really needs to fix this.”
