“The resident is in the second unit in the buildings”

“The resident is in the second unit in the buildings. Before moving in the 1st time I spent a lot of time looking around the Dubai Marina area for a modern unit with great views, and within the budget. Marina Arcade Tower is located on the edge of Marina Stage Two (tallest block in the world), and overlooking Media City. The building is modern, upmarket, and due to being on Al Naseem Street, not the heavy traffic issues founds in other parts of the Marina. Not cheapest in the area, but is modern, good-sized units, great view, well maintained, and always friendly concierge. Best value for newer buildings in the area.”
