From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“Very quiet and well maintained. The ameneties are really good, the swiming pool is nice and big, you can book the cinema room for a chill evening, and there are shared terraces at several floors. The Kafetasso coffee shop is really good too. Management is quick to answer if something needs to be managed.”

“The building is truly magnificent, with very design and modern architecture. It offers all the necessary amenities to live comfortably, whether it's the pool, gym, play area, etc. A special mention for Hassenae, an extremely responsive lady, insightful and especially very professional. Her language skills in French and Arabic were of great help to me as someone who does not speak English very well. The building team, maintenance men, security, at the entrance, all very kind and helpful, I thank them.”
