“I have been living in Maya 3 for 5 years and have always paid my rent on time without any delays. The building itself is really good—clean, quiet, and comfortable. I honestly enjoyed my time here and these 5 years went by so fast. Unfortunately, I was recently shocked to receive an eviction notice from Dubai Courts despite my perfect payment history. It’s quite clear that the reason is to rent the apartment at a higher price. Very disappointing after being a loyal tenant for so long.”

“I have been living in Maya 3 for 5 years and have always paid my rent on time without any delays. The building itself is really good—clean, quiet, and comfortable. “This building has the worst maintenance I have ever seen in my time living in Dubai, the water was coming inside the apartment from under the windows and balcony doors once it rains because there isn't any proper water sealant as it should be and when you call the maintenance to fix this huge issue they reply with : we will fix it after the rain stops and in the meanwhile try to put some towels on the floor to soak up the water !!! Stay away from this building”

“Great residential building! The property is well-maintained, and the management team is responsive and attentive. The convenient services provided for the leased units make living here hassle-free. “This building used to be better , but when it was taking by Continental real estate it when to worse. If you need to do any maintenance you have to send email and the lady who coordinates the building never replied to emails , so you will end up leaving in the house full of fungus, because they will not send anyone to repair leakage in the AC , you will be taking cold shower all year long , because they are fixing only cheep heaters and they are getting broken quite fast. Our garbage system is broken since one year and they are fine with it, it brings a lot of flies in the corridor very bad smell . The only good person in this company is Wachman, who is helping us at anyway he can.”

“This building has gone from Bad to Worse. Building is full Of FLIES. If you open your main door even for one second all the flies come inside . The whole building SMELLS as the fresh air system in the building is broken down and not repaired for more than one year. And they want to increase the rent without providing any efficient services and hygiene. There is cat litter in the parking lot and one tenant is even running a plant nursery business from two of the flats. She is using the parking spaces for storing her plants and soil etc. The swimming pool is so dirty and the gym equipment is also broken for long time. The lady who coordinates the building needs to become more Efficient. I have vacated and still waiting for my security refund !!!”

“For more than 9 days I tried to upgrade from studio to 2bedrooms and waiting the new management to reply with no answers ... only " yes will see " " wait" I need to speak with The owner of the building Mr. Anthony”
