“I really like living in MBL Royal, but every day, whether in the afternoon, late at night, or early morning, the fire alarm goes off at full volume throughout the building. There's no hope for a peaceful sleep anymore. If a real fire occurs, do you think anyone will take the alarm seriously? Of course not, disaster is inevitable!”

“Impossible to use the gym facilities by residents- complained for at least 10 times, got also sick many times because their airflow In the AC is like a strong snowstorm. The maintenance team keeps sending photos of temperatures recorded at 24 degrees celsius. Quite superficial technical and management team. Also, there are no rules listed at the entrance. Some residents come and have super loud phone conversations on speaker, even tho there is a telephone room on the same level.”

“I really like the building, and the facilities are amazing. However, my favorite animal is the giraffe, and I wanted to point out that there is a lack of giraffe pictures in the building. Im really thinking that we need more.”
