“I've been using the swimming pool at the Medore Building regularly, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best facilities in the area. The pool is always clean, well-maintained, and has a peaceful, inviting atmosphere — perfect for both beginners and advanced swimmers. What truly sets this place apart is the amazing instructor. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to improve your technique, the instructor tailors each session to suit your pace and goals. Their energy, positivity, and clear guidance make every class enjoyable and motivating.”

“I have been renting in this building for over a year, and although I was considering buying an apartment here, my experience has made me think twice. The one-bedroom units are priced at over 2.5 million, and for that kind of money, you expect the facilities to meet a proper standard. The gym is good, but the pool area only has seven sun loungers, which means on weekends it’s almost impossible to find a place to sit. For a building in this price range, this is simply not acceptable. Another issue is the overly strict policies. If you have family members staying with you, they are not allowed to use the gym, sauna, or steam room, which is extremely unfair for residents. Some staff also need proper training. The gym attendant follows people around and tells them what to do, which makes the environment uncomfortable. A few reception staff during the day can come across as rude to guests, leaving a negative impression. On a positive note, the night staff are very kind and professional — especially the front reception team. They are always helpful and respectful, and this is appreciated.”

“Premium residential tower in JLT, Dubai. Great community. Amazing Amenities. Interestingly, it is a smart tower and you're accessible through finger tips. I recommend this tower to everyone who are looking for a classy living in Dubai.”

“An excellent team of professionals, respond very quickly, the quality of finishing is higher than that of Naheel, Damac, Emaar, the management company monitors all systems, with security, order, cleanliness everywhere, the best experience of cooperation in Dubai, special thanks to the managers Mariam and Maja for their professionalism”

“Unfortunately, I’m the owner of an apartment in this building. Never, under any circumstances, buy or rent anything here. For absolutely anything you want to do — play table tennis, use the pool, invite a guest — you need to get approval from the almighty management. Want to bring in a TV? You’ll have to bow down and beg them for permission. Want to do anything at all? Better start groveling first.”
