“Nice building. Good people living there as well many tourists that rent airbnb. Only big problem : the walls in common areas are painted, it’s not ceramic. That’s why they get dirty very fast. The rest all good”

“I'm paying an outrageous amount in service charges, yet the building is in terrible condition. The hallways constantly smell like garbage, there’s moisture in the bathroom attracting flies, and the fire alarm goes off non-stop for no reason. On top of that, it's impossible to get in touch with management. An absolute disgrace.”

“I have been suffering from strong and unpleasant odor emanating from the chiller system in to my house everyday. The smell has been noticeable and is becoming increasingly disruptive. And I have report the issue to Meraki management but no one take action!!”

“Update: most of the recent high reviews are from brokers using CHAT GPT trying to sell 😅, so please be careful and avoid this paper building Avoid at all costs, i was not willing to finish my 1 year contract and here's why, 1- extremely thin walls, i mean if the people around you drop a coin you can hear it, 2- building management are doing their best to save cost and not willing to do anything to improve the building, they even cheated the landlords and introduced a facility company for chiller and asked all people to pay thousands immediately and on pro-rata basis, 3- weird men hang around the entrance and the security never attempted to remove them, 4- In the shower every thing gets rusty and even the ceiling started to get moldy, 5- fire alarm keeps getting off non stop and random water disconnection. overall just find somewhere else”

“Very expensive building, comparing to the other buildings nearby. It’s outrageous disrespect to tenants from the management side to give NOC to the ppl moving out on Sunday early morning. Not the first time I wake up bcs someone is moving the furniture at 8 am on my only day off right next to my door. Unbelievable”

“Every weekend night there are a races somewhere nearby, instead of sleeping properly on our days off, we listen to horrible continuous sound of racing cars till 6 am. Using ac or earphones to mute this sound doesn’t help. I’m sure it’s not legal, management of the building, pls help. I’m truly regretting living in that area”
