“Liwan as a place is quite, clean and well layedout. Good for family as there are kids playing area and garden in the neighbourhood. Mazaya 6, is a well maintained building with a calm environment. Very good access to the building from the main road. The thing I love about this place is it is very accessible to any part of Dubai in 20 to 25 Minutes radius without any traffic congestion during peak hours at the entry or exit like DSO or DLRC and the place is quite, calm, green and clean (Less commercial).”

“Liwan as a place is quite, clean and well layedout. Good for family as there are kids playing area and garden in the neighbourhood. Mazaya 6, is a well maintained building with a calm environment. “1) Best & wide view of, Burj khalifa + Burj Al Arab & Global village... 2) Nice & Friendly neighborhood... 3) Neat & Clean building and well maintained... 4) Easy access to go any direction either Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Alain or Bur Dubai and very less traffic... 5) Area is very good with all basic facilities available...”

“The best location in Q Point, well maintained and very decent neighborhood with greenery landscaping and bus station. Positioned in unique location with open view free access to Al Ain Rd and MBZ Rd Highly recommended”

“Recommended! One of the best Mazaya / Queue Point buildings in the area in terms of location, cleanliness and maintenance. It also has a bus stop right in front of it. Quiet and green community, mostly residential. Mazaya 6 has 2 small grocery stores at walking distance.”
