“I am extremely disappointed with the management of this residence. I have personally gone to the management office three separate times to report that the main entrance door does not open or close properly. This is not just an inconvenience—it is a serious safety issue. In the event of a fire or any emergency, residents may not be able to open the door quickly to evacuate, which is extremely dangerous. Despite reporting this issue multiple times, no one has come to fix it and no action has been taken. What more do residents have to do to have such a critical safety concern taken seriously? I sincerely hope this review finally leads to immediate action.”

“By far the worst building to stay in. You call reception for maintenance, they rarely ever come. Whether it is related to water leaks, AC issues, even GAS LEAKS. They do less than the bare minimum. 0 effort 0 understanding 0 urgency 0 safety. All they are good at is noise complaint issues because guess what, the walls are extremely thin and even if you have a normal chat with your normal voice, you will get a complaint and security comes knocking at your door. Ironic. Disappointing. The worst. They deserve ZERO stars.”

“I bit noisy from Autodrome and E311, but bearable. Building management is among the worst, hard to get in touch with if you have any issue with your apartment. Also lift system is weird and can be slow sometimes. But overall, good value for money”
