“Be careful with the certain owners as they think they are above law and can do anything to expats. Some doesn’t know how to use garbage chute, garbage room full of bin bags. Security team is good, cleaning team are amazing. Bless them 🙏 but the owners and tenants…nightmare. Think twice before you rent or buy”

“I am living in Janayen for 3 years now. The rent too expensive for the quality of the apartments. Very bad isolation: You can here you neighbor and all the water from the pipeline . And all the noise from the street”
