“The bathrooms inside the building are locked most of the time. The toilet shower taps are leaking all the time. The floor remains wet always and no one is there to clean the bathrooms. Toilet seats are broken. There are no tissues inside. Urinals are covered with paper and no one can use them. You guys should keep one janitor there permanently and stop locking the door. Toilets are meant to be used by the public and building shop workers. They are not meant to be closed. Otherwise I will complain against the building management in Dubai municipality.”

“Amazing location , in front of Mushrif Park ! There are many entertainments there including a cycling track . 8 minutes away from terminal 3 and 15 minutes away from terminal 2 . Mirdif avenue mall is located next door and it has many facilities such as restaurants , spa, salons , supermarkets (Carrefour and big way) , pharmacies, laundry shops and many others .”

“It's very not worth the money, rent so expensive.. very bad parking. The flats owned by individual owners there is no office to call in case there is a problem, you have to call the owner who never answer. Very poor maintenance service.. very aggressive they just wanna collect your money.. we were so ready to move out. It was very bad experience for us with that building!!”

“Wish they would build a proper parking outside the building since they allow you a one car space inside the basement. There is no where except sand for guests and others to park when visiting and your car ends up so dirty and you tires are ruined. Doesn't cost much to add some pavement. Please do so soon.”
