“It's the worst building in marina terrible The staff is unresponsive and not helpful The gym is absolutely terrible it's so bad you can't even begin to imagine how bad bad to a point they have only 2 functioning machines , one for lat pull down and one leg extension, no dumbbells or barbells even in the whole gym On top of that the entire building is infested with cockroaches”

““Unethical Practices and Poor Service” I have had a very disappointing experience with [flamingo ] in Dubai Marina. They charge excessive fees (over 5% commission) on top of administration costs, even though they own the properties themselves. The maintenance is subpar, and they provide zero assistance when issues arise. One incident involved a returned check due to an irregular signature. I offered to pay cash immediately, but they refused and demanded an unreasonable penalty of AED 2,100, threatening legal action if I didn’t comply. This felt like an exploitative way to extract extra money. Their unprofessionalism and lack of transparency make them one of the worst management companies I’ve ever dealt with. I strongly advise others to avoid working with them.”
