From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“One of the most luxurious buildings in Dubailand and one of the cleanest. Excellent gym and wonderful swimming pool with warm water in winter. Maintenance and security are at a high and sophisticated level. I recommend staying in it because it is truly a wonderful building.”

“worst leasing experience, maintenance was not good and payment is required for every single item to be maintained after you lease the appartments even if you aren't responsible. The security deposit was all taken for alot of unecessary things. Poor management”
