“Used to be great, the location is fabulous and I love the creek view from my terrace. All until a new management came in place banning delivery riders from delivering to homes and asking residents to go down to the security office get their deliveries and carry them up! It’s an absolute humiliation to residents, and complete disregard of their welfare. Dubai is lucky to have advanced delivery services, but the building new management just decided all of a sudden that we cannot utilize this Dubai privilege any longer! Let alone people with medical conditions who cannot easily go down 20-25 floors just to carry heavy deliveries themselves. Moreover, if you have any maintenance issues, the maintenance staff will ask you to contact the new management. You contact the new management and they simply never reply to you, and you end up finding a handyman elsewhere!”

“It used to be a really great place to live but the but management us horrible! We are a family living in this building and delivery drivers used to deliver to the apartment as every other building on Earth. But this weird new management put a new rule in place that as a resident you now have to go down to get your items from the driver. So imagine your hijabi family members now have to wear a full attire just to go down the elevator because of this very nonsense rule!! Plus when u try to contact or logic with them you will get absolutely no where. VERY VERY HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT PERFORMANCE!”

“The apartment is okay, and the security team is good. However, the management is horrible. Your concerns will never be addressed, and you’ll never get a real resolution to any problem you face. You also can’t reach anyone with any actual authority, because everyone will claim they have no power and that it’s just the policy. Recently, they banned all delivery drivers from delivering to your apartment! Imagine the inconvenience of you having to dress up every time you get a delivery!”

“Comfortable building with great view if you’re lucky Nastaran Tower offers decent-sized rooms and a peaceful environment. The security team is always alert and professional, which adds to the comfort of living here. Rent is definitely on the higher side, but if you happen to get a unit with a balcony, you will be rewarded with a direct view of Festival City. You can clearly watch the night show from your apartment, which is a nice touch and makes the experience feel more special. A good choice for those who value comfort and a scenic view.”
