“I live here and it's neet and clean building security is perfect. Designated some area with good chairs and table well maintained parking. Grocery is just on the ground floor. Gaming Room is there.”

“There is constant hostile driver for Marriott buses in front of this building blocking the way and making the area completely unsafe for pedestrians”

“Excellent choice to stay. The apartments have variety...one, two or 3 bedrooms, as you like. The serene is quiet for families especially and the area is very safe. Groceries are just a walking distance including Spinneys Store. Bus station is right outside the building and very convinient. West zone is like 15 min max walk and there a 5 min walk play ground for kids. I highly recommend this area/building.”

“the security has very strange rules.if u visit some friend in this building they take ur passport or emirate id to themselves.when i asked why they need my pasport if they make copy they said they will keep passport to themselves.its broke uae rules. they broke the law. i do not advise this terrible cheap place”
