“The apartments are spacious, 7 door wardrobe great location getting around unfortunately, the management of the building is very poor. No maintenance, AC billings system is terrible, some gym equipments are broken and are not fixed, swimming pool is freezing cold as there is no temperature control, the worse of all is the two huge construction on each side of the building with constant irritating noise”

“Great building with a few issues with the gym and some of the common areas. Landlord was great and very responsive. Great view of the creek! And a quiet and serene neighbourhood.”

“In the building the exhaust system is not working and in the apartment comes carbon monoxide, sewerage, and bad cooking smell. Interchanging between those 3 smells continuously. Even around the building, roughly a 2 meter range, that it’s impossible to go out onto the balcony. The chiller is also working sometimes bad.”

“Very bad quality building , water pipes always not clean once you open the water brown will start to come. AC EXPENSIVE. Fire alarm have some issue keep beeping inside your apartment in the middle of the night. TRUST ME STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUILDING”

“Extremly noisy, a mix of extremly poor quality windows and nonstop construction, had to call police at 12 and 1 at night because of the noise from the construction which they start at 6 am so basically dream of sleeping even weekends. Building managment isnt great as it took them more than a month to repair the elevator... been 1 year some machines in the gym broken and not repaired...maintenance team which comes to the appartment are nonknolagable and need to tell them what to do... couldnt wait to move out from there.”

“Worst building to live in. No maintenance, they take months to come. Management is bad. Dont make the mistake of renting or buying a flat in this building.”

“EXTREMLY NOISY !!!!!!!!! because of constructions that started in September. These are right in front on the building. Can barely sleep. Every day the noise starts even before 6 am....and goes on way after the legal hour. Very bad quality of windows. The water drainages of the big balconies in the front of the building....DO NOT WORK!!!!!! Can hear everything from outside. CAN'T WAIT TO LEAVE!!!!! Rent is way to expensive for the quality of life provided there”
