“Fire alarm every day 20 times per day at 3 am at any time of the day iam Tired I don’t know why to do anymore . Is the worst building the staff extremely rude all the time . Have no idea of how to handle. The fire alarm team is keep saying us since September we trying to fix the fire alarm system and nothing is happening. Do not move here it’s a big big mistake . I’ve been 8 years in Dubai is the WORST BUILDING EVER.”

“Wouldn’t recommend living in this building
Changes the time on the sauna & steam room to close at 8pm without telling any of the residents then refuse to explain why
Staff on days have no respect the way they speak to people
on nights are great wouldn’t have a bad word to say about them
Problem with acess cards during the day expect you to carry it with you always even if walking to the shop beside the building frequently locking the doors then speaking down to you and waive you away
I have a 1 bedroom two bathroom
Me & my wife have not used 1 of the bathrooms once we have to keep the door closed because the smell is like from a sewer coming from the drain
Repeatedly had maitnence up keep saying it’s fixed and have done nothing about it
100% will cancel my contract early in this building no
Don’t reply to me either saying contact Danube properties maybe do something like fix the problems without having repeated people put bad reviews”

“I’ve been living in Opalz by Danube since it was handed over, and during the first year the maintenance service has been excellent. I want to especially mention Awais, one of the engineers. He personally looked after all my requests, always responded quickly, and got everything sorted without any hassle, no matter what the issue was. It makes a huge difference as a tenant to have someone that reliable and helpful on the building’s team.”

“I am currently staying here and while at first the property looks quite neat but the poor management has completely ruined the stay.
There is no proper provision to work due to extremely poor network in the business Center.
The worst of all - the constant fire alarms at odd hours. 95% of the time it’s a false alarm - rendering the guests at unease and frustrated. This causes a safety hazard as most guests have stopped evacuating because it’s assumed to be a false one.
The management has recently started testing these alarms from 17th Feb 2026 to 22st Feb 2026 without any proper notice. It has caused great harm to someone who is working from home due to constant disturbance.
No provision has been made to compensate for the same since the team working at the reception also have their hands tied.
I highly recommend considering another place for your stay, at least till the management sorts out their challenges with the building.”

“This might genuinely be the worst building run by the most idiotic and incompetent management I have ever seen. The building is supposedly brand new, yet I keep having issues and malfunctions in my apartment daily, leaks from the roof that soaked my electronics, TV, and furniture while I was on vacation, electrical wall sockets not working, and the never ending, ear piercing, fire alarm that rings at least 5-6 times in a row, every few hours, and always at the most horrendously inconvenient times, if the alarm is constantly blaring, at 2 am, 3 am, 4 am, 10 am, 2pm, 6pm….(you get it) then how are we supposed to know when there is an ACTUAL emergency? If we are told by management to just dismiss any and all fire alarms because they are false, then by this logic, we are also going to dismiss one that might be life ending in case a fire happens, because we can’t tell the difference, right?
My access card for the parking gate that i’ve had since September stopped working, and every time I approached the front desk staff to help, they kept passing me on to somebody else, “Speak to day shift.” “Speak to night shift.” “Ok i’ll fix it for you”, never gets fixed, “come back tomorrow” I come back and they say the same thing. Every time I needed to access the parking, I had to call reception, and get asked the exact same question every time, “whats your name, where’s your card, why don’t you have it, what’s your unit number, what’s your parking number, contact night shift for the key…”
Today after a lengthy fight for the hundredth time with front desk, I was handed back my card with the promise that it now works, despite me trying it myself and it’s still not working properly btw…
This is tiring. Just very very tiring, and ridiculous.
I absolutely do not recommend anyone to stay here under any circumstances, BEWARE.”

“This building is not good at all. The fire alarm rings around 10 times a day, which is extremely annoying. There are no clear or useful amenities, and the rent is far too high for what you get. The rooms are very small, and the lights go off frequently. Overall, it’s not worth the money.”
