“I have been living here since 2 years by now, and the quality of living is great. It is a quite building overall and excellent location in Dubai with decent apartment sizes. Back in 2023 and 2024 there were some leakage problems for some apartments as the building was newly handed over and this is common in Dubai. But later on, everything got taken care off, and before I moved in, we got the apartment fully treated properly and since then it is like brand new. The management of the building is great and responsive. 2025 onwards, I recommend living here.”

“I have been living here since 2 years by now, and the quality of living is great. It is a quite building overall and excellent location in Dubai with decent apartment sizes. “Havent faced any serious issue, sanitory work is compromised which need to be adressed it will take max 2 to 3 k to replace all sanitory equipments, no leakage faced in internal pipes service us reasonable. People who are comolaining i assume they were not fixing small leakages inexternal pipes which are thired quality if you replace them there is no issue in the building”

“Terrible place to live. Maintenance is useless. I have lived all the time with infiltration in the walls and they never fixed. In the end of my contract, management removed money from my security deposit because of this. Management is not even responsible enough to see that is not my fault for the lack of quality over the apartment, it was not a lack of care from my part.”
