From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. Multiple maintenance issues were reported in my apartment more than four months ago, yet despite numerous follow-ups, no meaningful action has been taken to resolve them. Communication has been poor, and requests are often ignored or delayed without any clear timeline for resolution. What is particularly frustrating is that there appears to be urgency only when it comes to arranging viewings for prospective buyers, while long-standing tenant concerns remain unaddressed. Basic maintenance and tenant support should be treated with the same level of importance. The building itself has potential, but the lack of responsiveness and accountability from management has significantly impacted my experience as a resident. I hope this review encourages management to improve their service and prioritize existing tenants’ concerns.”
