“I faced problems with cockroaches and plumbing, which impacted the overall stay. Hopefully, the management can improve regular pest control and maintenance response to provide a better living experience.rest a very convenient and a beautiful place to stay in.”

“Good community developed by WASL. A 100 metre walk to Zebeel Park, Max Metro station. Good connectivity by road to Shaikh azayed road, burdubai, deira, al khail road. Good amenities and grand lobby in all towers.”

“Park Gate Residence is one of those places that really catches your eye — the architecture is modern, the vibe feels fresh and lively, and at first, it seems like an ideal place to live. Unfortunately, that’s where the charm ends. The management? Barely present unless it’s to tell us we’ve done something they don’t like. When it comes to actual resident concerns, they’re nowhere to be found. We’ve had a water leakage issue in our house for over a year now. We’ve raised countless complaints, and every time, it’s just written down and forgotten. The issue was caused by some work done in the flat above us, and yet no action has been taken to fix it. Even when I try to call an outside professional to handle it, they say only the building management is allowed to deal with it. But when I go to the building? Nothing gets done. It’s an endless loop of negligence. The place had a lot of potential, but the lack of support, poor management, and unnecessary restrictions make it a frustrating place to live. Definitely not what you’d expect from a place that looks so good on the outside.”

“worst place to live , probably only place in dubai that you can find people in the pool with cotton cloths and with sleepers in the gym and no one can ask them to stop cause rules is only for other nations... low quality windows and leaking roof and food smell inside the house and totally forget to use facilities or common area if you are not in " THE COMMUNITY" .”
